We use secure logistics which specialises in delivery of high value precious goods. All deliveries are made after capturing identity proof of receiver.

How can I know the status of my order?

Registered users can Sign in to their accounts on www.mmtcpamp.com and track their orders from the order history section of the My Account page. They can also check for the tracking details in their email/SMS.

Do I need to quote PAN CARD for orders above a certain value?

As per Govt regulations, any customer purchasing gold worth more than Rs 2 lakhs in a day (single or multiple transactions) will need to quote PAN CARD. We will need PAN CARD details in such cases to process the orders. Name on invoice & PAN CARD should be the same. If PAN CARD is not shared, then the order will be cancelled.

Do I need to show any ID proof while accepting delivery?

Our logistics partner may request for ID proof while delivering due to the high value nature of product. The person collecting will have to share ID proof to ensure safe and correct delivery.

Do you offer customization on Coins & Bars?

Yes! You can get the coins & bars customized for your requirement from the available selection under Customizable section. There is a minimum order quantity of 20 units. There is a difference between Gold price today and price shown on your website. Why so?

In the open market, gold prices fluctuate every second. However, to maintain stability on the platform and to provide consistent buying experience to our users, the price of Gold is updated once in the morning on the platform.

Payments

What payment options are available for me to pay for my order?

Payments can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, UPI and select digitally secured wallets. Payments are only accepted in INR.
We accept Visa | MasterCard | RuPAY | Amex | Diners payments.

Do you offer Cash-on-Delivery (COD)?

We currently do not offer Cash-On-Delivery (COD) as a payment option for orders.

What if my transaction fails? When will I get my refund?

If for any unforeseen circumstance your transaction fails and money is debited, you will receive a refund with 2 working days if your order is not confirmed.

Shipment & Delivery

How soon can I receive my order?

The time taken for delivery depends on the destination location or pin code. We try to ensure that orders are delivered with 5-7 working days. Orders placed before 2pm will be shipped the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be shipped next working day. Orders placed during Saturday & Sunday are shipped out on Monday. In some circumstances where the order flow is high, the orders might ship the next working day.

Do I need to pay shipping/delivery charges?

There are no shipping or delivery charges for orders placed on our website.

What if my order gets lost in transit?

In the highly unlikely event of your order getting lost in transit, we will wait for 15 days to track your lost order. If we are successful in locating the order, we will proceed with delivery. If we are unsuccessful, we will process the refund through the original payment mode used to pay for the order.

Where all do you deliver in India?

We deliver to 12000+ pin codes across India. You can check if your pin code is serviceable by entering in the pin code section of the product page.

Do you deliver outside India?

We do not deliver outside India at the moment.

What happens if my order is not delivered?

If in case your order is not delivered for the following reason but not limited to any of the following reason, orders will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the product back with us:
Customer not available at home after multiple delivery attempts
Unexpected delays due to local conditions in delivery location etc
Force Majeure

Is my product insured?

Yes, all orders are transit-insured.

What if I receive a different product?

In case you receive a different product, you need to contact our customer service at ……. Or email at ……. We will do our internal review and suggest next course of action. On successful validation, you can either return the product for a full refund, get the product replaced with the correct product.

My pin code is showing “Not Deliverable”? How can I still purchase?

If you pin code is showing as “not deliverable”, it means our logistics partner does not have coverage in that area. You can purchase and send to your relatives, friends or any near & dear ones and collect from them. Normal delivery process is applicable here. You only have to mention shipping address while placing the order.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once they are shipped, cancellation is not allowed. Refer to Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by MMTC-PAMP
There are certain orders which MMTC-PAMP cannot accept and fulfil. We reserve the right to refuse to cancel any order. Reason may include but not limited to price error, quantity availability, undeliverable address, issues highlighted by our risk department or any other issue identified by MMTC-PAMP. We may ask for certain additional information before accepting and processing certain orders. You will be notified in case your order is fully, partially cancelled.
Cancellation by Customer
An order once placed, can only be cancelled before it is shipped out to the given destination. Order cannot be cancelled once it is shipped. Once order cancellation is approved, the process of refunding the money to your original payment mode used to make the transaction is initiated.
There are certain orders which cannot be cancelled like orders for customized products as per customers requirement. These customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How can I return a product?

We do not accept returns of products.
In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in a damaged condition, you can call our customer care and request for return of the product. The product should be unused and in the same condition & packaging as you received it. It should be in its original packaging, along with the invoice. In case the certicard in which the product packed is opened or tampered with, return will not be accepted. Our courier partner will collect the order from the address provided by you and will get it back to us.
